THE USULI INSTITUTE

Tackling today's most pressing human issues from an islamic intellectual, moral and ethical perspective. A collection of past and present work from Dr. Khaled Abou El Fadl that spans decades. The Usuli Institute hosts virtual khutbahs, halaqas, Q&A sessions, and conversations addressing Islam, modernity, justice, equality, and much more. MUSAWAH

Musawah ('equality' in Arabic) is a global movement for equality and justice in the Muslim family. Musawah was launched in February 2009 at a Global Meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, attended by over 250 people from 47 countries. It is comprised of NGOs, activists, scholars, legal practitioners, policy makers, and grassroots women and men from around the world.

KARAMAH

KARAMAH’s mission is to educate all people on the just, gender equitable foundation of Islam. They produce, promote and publish Islamic scholarship, from a non-patriarchal perspective, through our programs and publications. They contribute to social and legal discourse by emphasizing core Islamic principles of civil and human rights.  They challenge and inspire Muslim women to become leaders in their communities and throughout the world.
